Debra Ladd
I spent much of my life chasing big dreams, feeling I was capable of more. I began as a Science and Spanish teacher, hoping to give students the confidence I had once lacked. Despite achievements, I often felt like an imposter, struggling to stay afloat. When I was diagnosed with ADHD, it was a revelation; I wasn’t lazy or irresponsible—I was smart but misunderstood. Medication helped, but the real breakthrough came when my son was also diagnosed. Determined to help him thrive, I dove into learning about ADHD and became a coach. Now, my purpose is to empower others with ADHD to overcome self-doubt and realize their potential.
